Payments/Special Orders

• Use our e-commerce shopping basket process. We accept PayPal directly through out website. For credit card orders, please call. We are setting up a new merchant banking account, and until then we can only process CC orders over the phone.
• For ALL international orders (except Canada) we accept PayPal only. You can pay via credit card with PayPal without having a PayPal account!
• If you prefer not to use e-commerce, you can call us directly at 508-686-6697 and we’ll take your credit card, shipping and billing information over the phone
• We can send you a sales invoice and your can enter your own PayPal transaction. Our email for PayPal is sales@upfrontguitars.com

Shipping:

• For all shipments in the lower 48 states, shipping is FREE for all orders over $249. Below that it is a flat $5 shipping rate
• For Canada, Alaska and Hawaii please email for quote, we will offer discounted rate
• For all international orders, please email for quote, buyer is responsible for shipping cost

Deposits:

• We are happy to special order any G&L, Rivera, Valvetrain or Godin product.
• All special orders require a non-refundable $200 deposit using any of the above payment options
• You will be invoiced and billed the balance of payment upon shipment of the product to your shipping address, or pickup at the store
• Unless otherwise directed, we will bill the payment balance using the same method as the deposit
