The Seymour Duncan SH-1b '59 Model Humbucker 4 Conductor Bridge Pickup is a vintage spec bridge humbucker optimized for modern musical styles and equipment. The Alnico 5 magnet provides a sharper attack, more brightness and a tighter overall structure than and Alnico 2 pickup. The wax potting takes a away a little of the airiness and shimmer of let's say the Seth Lover model, but works  with higher gains where feedback and squealing can become an issue. If you like your vintage sounds with a modern edge, the '59 bridge pickup is a great choice.
