Godin upped the value content of their popular Session line with their Session LTD. Featuring a more contoured body, new finishes and a Seymour Duncan SH-11 bridge pickup, the Session LTD sets a new level for value and performance.

Assembled in the USA from Canadian parts, the Session LTD features:

The new silver-gold Godin Session LTD sounds as good as it looks. The single-single-humbucker pickup combination belts out vintage-inspired tones that sparkle, but have enough low end attack to make it through the mix. Through our Fender Bassman, it's clean tones were glassy and full bodied, making positions 1 and 2 very nice for percussive rhythm playing. The bridge pickup in this model is upgraded to a Seymour Duncan Custom-Custom SH-11, which uses Alnico 2 magnets and is wound for smooth and spongy low end response and aggressive top end. The increased output gives you the traditional humbucker sound with extra midrange muscle and high end shimmer that receive a nice, balanced response from the rosewood fingerboard. The clean tones for positions 3 and 4 pack a noticeable punch that provide the grit needed for driving blues and rock progressions, while the bold and bright bridge pickup is ideal for crackling lead tones. Every position pairs well with a little gain too, as it retains note definition while the midrange snarl receives an authoritative boost. For true single coil twang, pull up the tone knob to split the SH-11 and take advantage of its crisp but musical high end attack.

Overall the feel, finish and playability of this North American-made guitar is insanely good for the price, and it comes with one of Godin's high quality padded gig bags.
