The lightweight Mahagony body has a gentle top curve and the slim profile neck tapers very gradually to approx. .870" at the 12th fret before flowing into a smoothly sculpted neck-thru heel. The compound 12-16" radius Ebony fretboard with 24 stainless frets and compensated nut is extremely shred-friendly. 

The Fishman Fluence pickups are voiced to Keith Merrow specifications and while they possess respectable clean tones, they are built to handle high gain applications while retaining excellent definition and tightness. And because they are active the volume-only control does not get muddy or lose high end as you turn down. And the fixed Hipshot string-thru bridge assures good sustain.
