It's hard to improve on the world's most popular electric guitar, but the HSS pickup configuration is one of those improvements that makes the venerable Strat even better. This Fender American Stratocaster also includes the Fender mid boost mod, which we installed for the owner. The mid boost takes the place of the second tone control and adds up to 20dB of boost, which can easily overdrive your favorite amp or pedal. This classic guitar is in great shape and ready for its next act.
This is a very clean 2005 Fender with zero fret wear, and just light signs of handling. The pickup adjusting screws are a little rusty but overall a nicely preserved mid-2000's Strat.
