USED Fender Strat MIM Partscaster Red 2013 Electric Guitar w/Padded Gig Bag

Here is a very nice playing and sounding Stratocaster that happens to be a "Partscaster" because the neck and body came from different Fender guitars. Why this happened we don't know, but the resulting product came out quite nice. The Alnico neck and middle pickups are dripping with traditional blues tones, and the Duncan Hot Rails bridge pickup has the punchy mids and strong output needed to goose your pedals or amp. Plus it splits remarkably well, with plenty of sparkle and clarity but thankfully not as brittle as a traditional Strat bridge pickup. The guitar also has a set of Fender locking tuners, which is a nice touch, and offers better tuning stability. 

This Made-in-Mexico Stratocaster is a great package that plays great, and the Duncan pickup upgrade makes it a true rocker that still looks classic. Modding guitars is a fun hobby, but in this case the work has already been done for you. 

This guitar is in excellent condition with no chips or dents on the body, and zero wear on the medium jumbo frets. The black matte pickguard shows a little bit of burnishing, but overall the guitar is very clean. We have gone through the electronics and setup, and everything is A-OK.
